It is true that India made negotiation a part of its strategy but I guess it is far from truth that "India is the only country trying to solve this issue with peace talk". In fact, we do use arms and conduct proactive Intelligence raids on a regular basis to kill people, sometimes even innocent civilians by accident, if you followed the kashmir news on a regular basis. Only that this part does not hit the hot front page news. Also, negotiation is part of Israeli approach too, though not as apparent as ours. btw, do you know that the link you provided to the birth story of stanford is a hoax? It is true that India made negotiation a part of its strategy but I guess it is far from truth that “India is the only country trying to solve this issue with peace talk”.

In fact, we do use arms and conduct proactive Intelligence raids on a regular basis to kill people, sometimes even innocent civilians by accident, if you followed the kashmir news on a regular basis. Only that this part does not hit the hot front page news.
