		<description>@Keshi, you didn't get the point. I have no concern with being over weight or under weight for any gender. Even if ther is any medical problem that lady could be transfered to any ground job or medicla leave just like her men counterpart. But why get terminated because of policy change and even she is not applicable to get any retirment benefit. I think I didn't put that news appropriately.</description>

I believe there's a scientific and logical reason behind this rule. Only cos pilots cant be too heavy as they fly planes. There's a weight limit for an aeroplane and especially for those who control it's cockpit. It's understandable that we cant have over-weight (and unhealthy) bodies piloting a plane, putting both passengers and themselves at risk. Remember that weight is somehow related to heart-attacks and other physical problems...so we cant have that risk up there, now can we :)

as for women being terminated if gained weight, there must be a medical explanation to that too...cos men and women have different bodies....hai na?
